Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with customers to understand their needs, enhance their processes and generate sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Be the go-to technical expert offering guidance and support that makes a real difference and maximises efficiencies.
Uncover new opportunities and connect customers with our innovative offerings.
Frequently visiting customer sites and office locations to deliver hands-on support.
Stay ahead of the competition, reporting key insights and market trends.

To be successful in the above duties, You will have:

Experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated knowledge of customer business operations.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Passion for building strong, effective, long-term relationships with customers.
Ability to create detailed reports and analyse key data.
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
