This role involves identifying and supporting sales opportunities, driving the growth of our products, and providing expert technical guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs, enhance their processes and generate sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Be the go-to technical expert offering guidance and support that makes a real difference and maximises efficiencies.
  • Uncover new opportunities and connect customers with our innovative offerings.
  • Frequently visiting customer sites and office locations to deliver hands-on support.
  • Stay ahead of the competition, reporting key insights and market trends.

To be successful in the above duties, You will have:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer business operations.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Passion for building strong, effective, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to create detailed reports and analyse key data.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
