Business Control Manager

Sandvik (Jining) Rocbolt Technologies China Co., Ltd. currently has an opening for a Business Control Manager, located in Jining China, hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Responsible for forecasting and budgeting.
Follow up, analysis and clear explanations and comments regarding actual results, forecasts and targets
Support profitability analysis
Preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals
Driver of improvements in both reporting and forecasting accuracy
On time reporting of actual, forecast and target results
Responsible for production cost accounting, sales product quotation
Support Performance Management process, including KPI development and implementation
Driver Net Working Capital efficiency and overall business performance
Provide tools for a standardized way of working within Business Control
Provide administration support of Finance IT tools in day to day operations

Lead a team of one expert, cooperate closely with local finance department and Divisional Business Control.
Lead and support roll out of ERP System (Navision).
Responsible for maintaining and updating of ERP system data, related to controlling and standard costing.
Define, implement and continuously improve local controlling structures in alignment with division and corporate departments.

Business partner for PU Manager and commercial responsibility for Rocbolt Technology China (Jining).
First contact partner for divisional management and segment management on all business control matters.

Coordinate and ensure internal controls.
Coordinate Sandvik internal audit activities.
Supplier and customer compliance management and screening.
Focus on and conduct Sandvik policies in time.
Compliance house tracking.

Education: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Fluency in English / Mandarin is essential.

Experience:

Profound experience with production/manufacturing costing control / production performance measurement, basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles is an asset.
Investment calculation.
First experience in structuring controlling systems and having already participated in ERP Roll outs on Business User Department end is of advantage.
First management experience as a project or team leader is helpful

Skills:

Able to collaborate efficiently with different stakeholders internationally
Good presentation skills to management and executive level
A proactive, hands-on approach combined with an analytical mindset, solution oriented and decision-making attitude.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Good understanding of ERP systems (preferably Business Central)
Embraces a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Be able to take ownership, independently drive your area of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Office products (esp. Excel, PPT), Power BI and MS Power Platform is an advantage

Other:

Willingness to travel to be onsite in Jining min 3 day per week.
