About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the success of our Ground Support Australia Sales Team. In this role, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, and hands-on management to achieve business growth and sales excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding the sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market presence and strengthen key stakeholder relationships.
  • Setting sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics while continuously monitoring progress and implementing improvements as needed.

About You

You have a proven track record as a sales executive or sales and marketing director in the manufacturing or mining industry, consistently achieving or exceeding targets. With strong leadership skills, you have successfully managed and developed high-performing sales teams.

Your ability to analyse sales data and market trends informs strategic decision-making, while your expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships drives long-term success. You are a confident communicator who can present and influence at all levels, including executive and C-suite leadership.

From planning to closing, you excel at driving the sales process and effectively positioning products against competitors. With extensive experience leading sales teams, you develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.

Your excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, combined with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, make you a strong advocate for your products and business. Experience in a matrix environment enables you to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively across teams.
