About the role:
As a member of the Aftermarket team, this role focuses on providing exceptional service by managing the Aftermarket Service Coordination team across the East and West coasts of Australia. This includes overseeing planning operations for field services related to vibrating, weighing, screening media, and crushing product lines.
Specifically, you will:
- Build a resilient and agile team through coaching, mentoring and developing team members to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in line with our company values and business goals.
- Ensure effective service readiness through our planning processes to ensure that the execution of all maintenance activities with our clients is performed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner complying with health and safety management systems and contractual requirements.
- Oversee the compliance processes within the planning teams relating to testing/ calibration of site equipment, training/ induction records, purchase order provision and business and client health & safety management system records, inclusive of contractor management system frameworks.
- Provide administrative support to the Service team in accordance with Company procedures including although not limited to coordination of flights, accommodation, car hire, training, medicals, timesheet entries and invoicing.
- Provision of financial forecasting and internal reporting relating to invoicing for the regions are met as directed.
- Act as a point of escalation for coordination and administration teams.
- Strive to build and maintain a Zero Harm culture within the workplace by demonstrating a commitment to OHSE through observable behaviours and actions.
To be successful in the above duties, you will have:
- Ability to formulate strategy and business plans.
- Substantial experience in leading and managing diverse teams.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance planning roles.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management.
- Systems knowledge and experience – SAP, Aurora, Ariba
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Must have current unrestricted driver's license
