Your mission
In this position, you develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with our strategic goals. You inspire and guide cross-functional teams to bring this vision to life, ensuring our product remains at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements. By leading the modernization of our product portfolio, you leverage cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches to enhance functionality, user experience, and market competitiveness.
You foster a collaborative and innovative culture within our organization, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. You ensure effective communication and collaboration to align product strategies with stakeholder expectations and drive mutual success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development by understanding customer needs, gather feedback and translate insights into actionable strategies that deliver exceptional value and satisfaction.
- Work closely with international teams to ensure global alignment and execution of product initiatives – leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise to enhance product development and market penetration across different regions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring our products are future-ready.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation – defining and executing strategies to capture new markets and expand our customer base.
- Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
The preferred location for this position is Bologna in Italy or Ettlingen in Germany, while other locations in Europe could also be an option. We offer you a hybrid work solution. For this role, we can't offer relocation, so you must be eligible to work in the country where you want to work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in product management, preferably in the technology or software industry. You have a proven track record of successfully leading product modernization efforts and driving innovation. With a strong understanding of customer-centric methodologies, you’re able to translate customer insights into impactful product strategies. Your knowledge is backed by a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and it’s considered a plus with a Master of Business Administration. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing.
You’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Being confident in your knowledge you easily guide, inspire and motivate your team, helping them reach their highest potential. With your excellent communication- and interpersonal skills, you effectively cooperate and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and customers, driving sustained business growth and ensuring continued success.
