Product Area Manager – Enterprise Workflows

Shortly about us

Enterprise Workflows, a product area within Sandvik Group IT, enhances efficiency and productivity through workflow automation and seamless user experience. We deliver various capabilities and products on the ServiceNow platform and are responsible for the Global IT processes. In addition to ITSM, we provide vulnerability management, integrated risk management, business continuity management, OT foundation, software asset management and enterprise architecture.

About your job

In this position, you’re responsible for defining the overall vision, strategy and objectives for the product area, leading and motivating product owners, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. This includes developing the vision and roadmap, making decisions about priorities, tracking performance and adapting strategies as needed. You work closely with agile teams and product owners to ensure products meet the needs of both consumers and business stakeholders. Additionally, you coach product owners to excel in their roles and focus on optimizing existing processes – working actively with continuous improvements and change management to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with a few years' experience of ServiceNow, preferably within a global organization. You have a background in transformation initiatives, requiring expertise in improvement and change management. With excellent stakeholder management skills, you provide support across our organization. You have a keen interest in operations, global IT processes and a passion for leveraging ServiceNow to assist others. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.

This role involves leading a team of managers in a collaborative environment, working closely together and solving problems effectively. You’re curious, energetic and dedicated to driving continuous improvements and achieving excellence.
