Product Manager Injection Chemicals (m/f/d)

Reporting directly to our Product Line Manager Advance Chemical Systems, you will lead, plan and track all phases of the product life cycle for Injection Chemicals, from inception through introduction into the marketplace. What you will be doing:

Within the Injection Chemicals field, identify, develop and evaluate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products or strategic product extensions, and translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
Create, develop and maintain the product portfolio including pricing and the lifecycle perspective.
Develop overall vision and roadmap for the Injection Chemicals products.
Support the R&D organization with regards to product development projects that deliver the objectives and priorities of the roadmap.
Competitor monitoring and analysis of the competitive landscape for all products in the portfolio and identify opportunities for differentiation with our product range.
Establish revenue forecasts for the Injection Chemicals and develop together with the sales and application teams the strategy and plans to achieve the targets.
Conduct regular reviews of product profitability and ensure they are aligned with the business expectations.
Provide a high level of technical support for products to the sales and application teams, including development of training material, as required.
Work together with the marketing team to develop the marketing and communications strategy.

What we are looking for:

Preferable university degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field.
Previous work experience in a mining, construction or engineering industries.
Profound experience in developing and executing sales and marketing plans.
Previous experience in managing injection product portfolios is a plus.
Strong customer focus and ability to create a culture of innovation.
Proven ability to take ownership, to independently drive your area of responsibility, and to work in cross-functional and cross-divisional teams internationally.
A proactive, hands-on approach combined with a strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mentality.
Strong project management skills with the ability deal with complexity and ambiguity.
Proven success to motivate and inspire others, creating a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office products (especially Excel, PPT), Power BI and MS Power Platform is an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
