As a Customer Value Specialist and Inside Sales Team Member for Key Customers you will become the architect of customer relationships. Your main responsibility will be to enhance the customer experience for our key customers, acting as a consultant and problem solver.

Your ever-changing "daily business":

  • Elevate our most important customers to a whole new level by monitoring their operational activities and improving their customer experience
  • You will work hand in hand with our field sales team to realize customer development plans
  • Between inquiries, orders and complaints, you will maintain an overview and ensure that contracts meet the agreed conditions
  • In day-to-day operations, you collect and maintain data and proactively analyze it to identify trends and patterns that help improve products and services
  • By monitoring KPIs and SLAs, you will initiate projects as required and accompany our customers on a journey of strategic development
  • You will become a cross-selling and upselling professional to drive our value-added services and ensure maximum data quality
  • Instead of just being there you will actively participate in sales meetings and events with key customers
  • You know what our customers want - even before they know it themselves

  • With your experience in Sales Operations and/or Business Development Management you convince us
  • Preferable Bachelor degree or relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Work experience of 3 to 7 years
