Service Delivery Manager
Are you ready to shape the future of service management? Then this could be the next step in your career!
At Sandvik Coromant, we’re now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join us – a key role in making a significant impact on our future setup and being at the forefront of modern work practices. Welcome to a collaborative and engaging environment with excellent opportunities to grow and develop!
Your mission
Joining our dynamic team of technical specialists, SAP application experts and professionals, you’ll bridge the gap between SAP and Coromant – translating technical language into clear orders. While you don’t need to understand all the technical details, a keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn are essential.
You manage our Cloud services via SAP and oversee the entire process, from order to delivery. This includes coordinating internal activities and ensuring that SAP understands and meets our requirements. You ensure internal customers find it easy to place orders and communicate with the service manager. Key stakeholders include various SAP delivery teams, license managers, release managers and project managers. This role involves informal leadership, focusing on effective coordination and communication to achieve desired outcomes.
The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm, and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with several years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization within supply and management. You’re proficient in coordinating supplier activities, managing requirements and ensuring timely delivery and quality. Your knowledge is backed by a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience working with compliance frameworks or understanding of regulatory and security requirements in IT service delivery is beneficial. Experience in global roles and familiarity with SAP is also considered a plus. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.
You have excellent networking and communication skills, easily building and maintaining effective relationships. With a structured and organized approach, combined with a keen interest in technology, you’re able to drive initiatives and challenge the status quo. You have an innovative and results-oriented mindset, making it easy to motivate yourself and strive forward.
Our culture
Innovation is in our DNA and we’re proud to shape the future of manufacturing in close collaboration with our customers and partners.
