What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions.
Provide engineering analysis, checks, and design approvals.
Oversee projects, ensuring they stay on budget and meet quality standards.
Collaborate across teams and contribute to meetings to ensure project success.
Offer technical support for existing installations and customer queries.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor or higher qualification in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering.
Relevant engineering experience, particularly with vibrating equipment design.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in project management and a solid understanding of safety practices and regulations.
