Profile and Position Summary

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing organization to facilitate plans and programs to grow our market share in North America. You will be accountable for maintaining timely and accurate business information, leading and supporting channel programs, co-op requests, ongoing sales and incentive programs, and budgets. Communication is a meaningful part of this role, as you'll need to connect with channel partners, field sales, sales management, and the business development team on a regular basis. You are comfortable speaking in front of all employee types, from sales professionals to owners, and thrive with the opportunity to support training and development opportunities within our channel. We place great value on your personal attributes in this recruitment. You have excellent business and market analysis skills and have demonstrated the ability to work well in a team environment. Collaboration and relationship building are keys, and you'll work best in an environment that builds upon those relationships. You have a bachelor's degree, proven experience in a business development role, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, etc.).

We are seeking a professional who enjoys repetitive and analytical work. This person will spend a significant amount of time managing manual workflow processes and should demonstrate strong follow-through and written communication skills. Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create reports and dashboards, analyze them effectively, and use insights to drive decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, evaluating, distributing, and optimizing sales business reviews.
  • Acquiring and maintaining data from primary or secondary sources to influence decisions.
  • Supporting bi-annual functional discount reviews for distributors.
  • Developing, preparing, and maintaining associated reports.
  • Pricing files and contracts need to be distributed accurately and efficiently.
  • Identifying and defining new opportunities for process improvement.
  • Familiarizing yourself with and assisting the sales channel in utilizing digital tools.
  • Proficiency in tools such as M3, SugarCRM and PowerBI, with the ability to act as a superuser for report creation and dashboard development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including monitoring workflows, maintaining inbox organization, and ensuring compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate experience expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders by training and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong ability to perform repetitive analytical tasks, develop insights and support business decisions through detailed data analysis.
  • Special assignments and distributor site visits will need to be conducted as requested.
