Job description
To act as point of contact for customers from enquiry to order / cash collection.
2. To work closely with the sales team and support them to achieve sales objectives and improve the sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Manage and develop existing business in line with customer segmentation, rules and procedures.
4. Pricing implementation
5. Temporary Backup for other team members
6. Other jobs assigned by the line manager
Requirement:
1. 5~6years related work experience
2. good English written & reading ability; prefer good oral English
