Are you passionate about precision and quality? As a Skilled Paint Operative at Sandvik, you'll be an integral part of our team, preparing materials for powder coating to meet our high standards and operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation: Clean, blow down, bung, and foil parts for powder coating.
Surface Treatment: Fill, sand, and smooth surfaces for optimal coating.
Quality Control: Inspect shot blasted parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Equipment Handling: Use and maintain air-fed respiratory equipment effectively.
Essential Criteria:
Mechanical Skills: Proficient in operating power tools and hand tools.
Quality Focus: Maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Committed to producing high-quality finishes.
Work Ethic: Reliable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Desirable Criteria:
Coating Knowledge: Familiarity with various coating types and their applications is a plus.
