IT Assistant

The role
We are seeking applications from motivated individuals for IT Assistant to join our IT team based in the Freeport Indonesia - located in the Papua Province, Indonesia.
You will be support site based business application and hardware. This also includes providing support to site based Sandvik employees. This position will report to IT Supervisor.
More specific functions are listed below:
Support business units in application administration and support functions on various IT systems such as Microsoft Office, ABase, Software installation related to Sandvik Job
Participate as the key IT team member responsible for locally development and technical support for Network expansion, Network Troubleshoot, Hardware PC troubleshoot and Build new PC OS.
Work at Highland when need to support IT Assistant at Highland
Coordinate general user requests and user administration with SIT (Sandvik Information Technology).
Support function for site SIT administration when requested by your supervisor.
On call to resolve system failures upon request from your supervisor.
Undertake other special projects, tasks and responsibilities from time to time as requested by your Supervisor / IT Management.
Ensure all information applicable to this role is supplied so that all Sandvik reporting deadlines are met and that reports are both consistent and accurate.
Comply with all Sandvik policies and procedures.
Maintain CCTV system and New Phone system
Support all Project related with IT function in Sandvik Freeport.
Qualification Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or closely related fields. Fresh graduate are welcome.
Able in coding will be advantage.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good in English
Motivated self-starter who can proactively take initiative.
Good individual and team work.
Will work at LIP and High Land area.
