Sandvik has been awarded with the distinction “Red Dot”, in the Red Dot Design Award 2024, one of the most prestigious design competitions in the world. The company’s new brand identity is the winner in the technology brand category.

With this recognition, Sandvik will be featured in the globally published yearbook “International Yearbook Brands & Communication Design”. Additionally, its corporate identity will be exhibited the Red Dot Design Museum Essen (March – May 2025) and other international exhibition locations.

“Considering the global importance of this competition, this is an outstanding recognition for Sandvik and all colleagues involved across all business areas, divisions and group functions on developing our new, modern brand identity and logotype that fits our purpose and strategy”, says Björn Roodzant, Head of Group Communications and Sustainability. “And it comes at a very good timing, as we are soon reaching the landmark of one year of our rebranding”.

The new Sandvik visual identity, launched in September 2023, highlights the company’s position as a technology leader, enabling improved productivity, efficiency and sustainability for its customers.
