About the role:

Are you ready to lead and inspire? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor. You will provide strong frontline leadership to our warehouse and logistics team, ensuring they have everything they need to perform at their best while maintaining a high focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Operational Leader: Manage daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Team Leader: Lead and motivate the warehouse and logistics team to meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Innovator: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Culture Builder: Foster a resilient and agile team, creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitor: Track and report on KPIs and results, providing insights for management.
  • Safety Advocate: Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

What we’re looking for:

  • Formal Warehouse or Supply Chain qualification
  • Proven experience in team leadership, supervision, or management within a similar environment, where you've inspired and guided your team to success.
  • A strong understanding of safe working practices, standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for everyone.
