About the role:

What you’ll do:

Operational Leader: Manage daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Team Leader: Lead and motivate the warehouse and logistics team to meet and exceed customer requirements.
Innovator: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Culture Builder: Foster a resilient and agile team, creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitor: Track and report on KPIs and results, providing insights for management.
Safety Advocate: Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

What we’re looking for:

Formal Warehouse or Supply Chain qualification
Proven experience in team leadership, supervision, or management within a similar environment, where you've inspired and guided your team to success.
A strong understanding of safe working practices, standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for everyone.
