About the Role

The Logistics Officer is based at our Narangba branch and is responsible for coordinating and managing the inbound and outbound transportation of goods in a cost-effective and efficient manner. This role ensures the timely delivery of incoming shipments while supporting the company’s Deliver In Full and On Time (DIFOT) key performance indicators (KPIs).

Additionally, the Logistics Officer plays a critical role in ensuring all outgoing shipments are properly loaded and secured in compliance with transport regulations. Any irregularities or deviations must be reported promptly to the manager or supervisor.

About You

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with:

  • A strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry; experience in manufacturing, mining, or construction is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills with a solid knowledge of transport regulations and Incoterms.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
