The role
We are looking for a dynamic West Coast Operations Manager to oversee our warehousing activities, ensuring safety, accuracy and on time performance.
As the Warehouse Operations Manager you will oversee warehouse activities across Western Australia (Kalgoorlie and Perth) as well as South Australia (Adelaide).

Areas of responsibility
Lead and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain a cycle count routine. Implement and uphold safety regulations and compliance standards.
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to enhance team performance.
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline processes.
Monitor key performance metrics and address deviations.
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities and equipment.
Your Profile
Proven experience in warehouse management role within the mining services or heavy equipment industry (desired)
Strong leadership skills focused on collaboration and team engagement.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and warehouse operational technology.
A passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
Commitment to enhancing and maintaining our positive company culture.
A proactive mindset for identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
Integrity, respect, and a dedication to customer focus.
Must have the ability to travel interstate as required.
