Your Mission

As a Reseller Channel Manager - USA, you will lead strategic growth across the U.S. by building and managing a network of value-added resellers. Through this channel, you will lead sales execution, develop medium-term go-to-market strategies, and structure high-impact partnerships in a technical, multi-stakeholder environment.

This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager – Americas.

Your Key Responsibilities

🧭 Strategic Channel Management & Business Development

  • Deploy and adapt the group’s commercial strategy across the reseller network in the USA
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of partners, balancing business acquisition and partnership development
  • Identify high-potential resellers to expand the market footprint and increase market share
  • Develop long-term partnerships to achieve and exceed sales targets

🚀 Sales Execution & Partner Enablement

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with channel partners in the United States
  • Collaborate with key partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth
  • Facilitate ongoing support and training to channel partners to ensure a deep understanding of Metrologic Group's products and solutions
  • Design and execute partner enablement plans, including training, joint events, and co-marketing activities

📊 Pipeline Management & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate tracking of opportunities and partner activities in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Analyze sales and pipeline data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure consistency of revenue generation through proactive pipeline development and forecasting

    🤝 Cross-functional Leadership & Internal Collaboration

    • Act as the voice of the channel internally: share partner feedback with product, marketing, and customer success teams
    • Coordinate cross-functional project execution involving presales, marketing, support, and R&D teams
    • Participate in the promotion of Metrologic Group via trade shows, industry events, and social media presence

    What You Bring

    💼 Experience & Technical Expertise

    • 5–10 years in B2B technical sales (industrial software, CAD/CAM, metrology, or manufacturing tech)
    • Proven experience in managing indirect sales channels, VARs, or OEM ecosystems
    • Strong knowledge of industrial procurement processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
    • Expert in strategic negotiation and managing complex partnerships autonomously
    • Proficient with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and data analysis tools
