Job Purpose:
The Regional Sales Manager for SigmaNEST will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across the assigned geographic region. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, an understanding of advanced manufacturing processes, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Strategy:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying growth opportunities, securing new clients, and expanding within existing accounts.
- Build and drive own sales pipeline, meeting goal in team selling environment.
- Provide monthly and quarterly forecast within acceptable range
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within the region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Renews and adds software subscription membership among current customers.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored SigmaNEST solutions
- preparation of proposals, contracts, and quotes for prospective clients.
- Maintain CRM system for sales, leads, opportunity forecasts, and customer activity.
- Contract Negotiation & Service Agreements:
- Negotiate sales contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor products.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in sales, technical support, or service roles within CAD/CAM or software solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of CAD/CAM software solutions and applications in manufacturing processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, develop actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
