We are looking for an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the United States. This is a high-impact role that requires not only strategic vision and strong leadership but also hands-on execution. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals while driving aggressive sales growth in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Additionally, you will temporarily cover a Regional Sales Manager role, requiring adaptability and a hands-on approach to directly supporting key territories and customers.
📍 Location: This position can be based in any city within Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan. Regular travel within the US will be required.
What You Will Do
Lead, develop, and inspire the US sales team to exceed targets and drive business growth.
Own and execute the national sales strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Actively engage with customers, fostering strong relationships and expanding market presence.
Manage performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts, providing clear insights to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance sales efficiency, customer experience, and market positioning.
Cover a Regional Sales Manager role in the interim, taking direct responsibility for a key sales region.
What We Are Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a national or regional sales management role within the industrial sector.
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—comfortable setting direction but also rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
Strong background in business development, sales forecasting, and customer engagement.
Experience working in a matrix organization, balancing cross-functional collaboration with local execution.
A goal-oriented, resilient leader who thrives under pressure and drives high performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
