We are seeking Automation Supervisor (National only) to join our team.

As an Automation Supervisor, you will oversee the daily workflow and performance of technicians maintaining and operating Sandvik automation systems. You will manage work orders, ensure smooth task delegation, and maintain an organized and efficient work environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong English communication, and a solid understanding of heavy machinery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate the workflow of automation technicians.
Manage and prioritize work orders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and Sandvik standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, reports, and maintenance schedules.
Communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders in English.
Monitor daily operations of AutoMine systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other team members to improve system performance and reliability.
Manage and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
Document all maintenance and operational activities accurately and timely.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, such as Electrical or Automation system and Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to supervise and manage teams effectively
1+ years' work experience in AutoMine system and Heavy equipment technologies.
