Order Desk Specialist
Good Service Level of Daily Operations
Manage own EQ/OTC operations well in terms of company policy and guidelines; Well manage own worktable and keep data update and correct; Follow up on open orders / Invoices / Contracts to close any backlogs in timely manner Collect and report the operation issues in time and support to communicate with sales team or other functions effectively and follow up the result; Root cause logic of thinking to ensure own processing is qualified with correct action and could solve problems independently; Proactively attend team various activities (incl.training and coaching) and present own competitiveness and contribution;
Operation Excellence Improvement
Proactively thinking to optimize way of working, eg: repeated workload and risk control; Improve reporting skills aim to do analysis independently/improve competence; Understand and support new solutions regarding new requirements from business and make sure correct settings to be implemented. Proactively participate in project support assigned to secure effective operation;
Skills required:
Personality: Proactive / Patient / Clear mind
Data analysis: Excel, Power BI is a plus
