Technical Training Engineer and Learning Specialist

Our Technical Service - Training Team has a unique opportunity for a Technical Training Engineer – Learning Specialist to support our sales areas’ colleagues and customers to achieve their highest productivity targets.

If you answered yes, this role might be just the right one for you. This position (full-time, permanent) is based at our global technology and manufacturing centre for drilling equipment in Tampere (Myllypuro), Finland.
Your role and key responsibilities
Deliver professional, high-level technical trainings and inspiring learning experiences to a global and diverse audience.
Upskill service technicians and drill rig operators through professional instructor-led face-to-face and virtual remote trainings.
Develop high-class training curriculums by producing and utilising modern blended-learning methods and needs-based learning materials.
Create and develop digital learning contents (eLearnings, nano-learnings, training videos, simulator-based trainings).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance training offerings.
Your profile
Relevant technical education (B.Sc./M.Sc.) and/or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, electronics, and mechanics. Experience with industrial automation is seen as advantageous.
Experience in technical support, engineering, or training in heavy machinery.
Natural interest and curious about finding new, creative and innovative ways to effectively transfer knowledge via training and coaching.
Natural interest in developing, designing and creating training content with modern digital learning tools.
Systematic, customer-focused, and well-organized approach along with good interpersonal, cooperation, communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Readiness to travel internationally.
