About the Role
As a Director Marketing Programs, you will plan and execute marketing programs that support the company’s goals for growth. You will build and lead a strong, effective team. Additionally, you will be part of the Brand, Marketing and Communication Management Team and report to the Vice President of Brand, Marketing, and Communication. Location for this role is flexible within Europe, APAC region or Americas.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee annual marketing programs tailored to different target groups and business strategy and needs. You will define program objectives, set priorities, identify target groups, and develop key messaging. You will lead, monitor and manage the implementation of these programs, making sure they stay on track and meet their objectives. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging. Finally, you will evaluate the performance of marketing programs, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
About you
We are looking for someone with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, and over 10 years of marketing experience. You should have a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and defining target audiences and key messaging. Experience in planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, etc.) is essential. You should also have expertise in creating and executing marketing plans with clear goals, tactics, timelines, and KPIs, along with strong project management skills.
To succeed in this role, you need business acumen, competence in leading change initiatives, and the ability to shape and develop teams.
Proven managerial experience with a focus on guiding and developing teams is required, as well as exceptional leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with executives and other key stakeholders.. A growth mindset is essential, as you will collaborate with peers to influence the direction of the newly established Brand, Marketing and Communication department. Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
