The Sandvik Coromant marketing team takes the lead in applying a balanced and effective mix of marketing, communication, and brand activities to drive sales, promote our growth strategy and ensure our unique brand position. The team actively drives an audience centric approach and secures the successful and efficient launch of our offers to grow our reach and create further awareness of our brand, we are looking for a truly dynamic Marketing Professional – someone who can successfully drive Marketing activities and ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support planning, communication, and successful execution of Marketing activities (events, training, seminars, meetings etc.) within stipulated marketing budget
Assist with identifying and developing agencies required for smooth implementation of planned Marketing activities
Coordinate with agencies and external parties directly ensuring successful execution of planned activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate activity execution, material logistics, vendor registration, purchase requisition and purchase order creation, vendor payments, and budget forecasts.
Support upkeep of the facility and ensure the Coromant Center and office meets the Global branding guideline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Marketing or related discipline is required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications or similar role
Excellent command on English skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and handling of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc)
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks in response to a dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment
Team player, solution-oriented, result-driven, excellent at stakeholder management

This position reports to – Marketing Manager, Sales area South and East Asia
