The Position
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the effective and efficient daily operations of Tricon’s VMI Rock Tool contract at Rio Tinto’s Iron Ore East Pilbara & Robe Valley Operations. This includes managing multiple contract sites, ensuring compliance, leading a team, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management – Ensure contract compliance, financial targets, and service levels.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Develop strong relationships with Rio Tinto representatives and other key stakeholders.
People Leadership – Lead a team, manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of personnel.
EHS Compliance – Promote and enforce safety policies and ensure all contract sites adhere to EHS regulations.
Stock & Financial Management – Forecast and control inventory, ensure accurate invoicing, and oversee contract profitability.
Reporting & Analysis – Prepare contract reports, present business insights, and manage performance KPIs.
About You:
Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the mining or resources sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
High-level commercial acumen and ability to drive cost efficiencies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong technical knowledge of Rotary & DTH Rock Tools is highly desirable.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Ability to travel regularly between Perth and Pilbara sites.
