Job Purpose:

As an IT Technical Support team member, you will ensure business processes within the IT application area meet set requirements. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing IT technical support in office and manufacturing environments.
  • Offering IT application software support.
  • Evaluating business requirements and suggesting solutions with time and cost estimations.
  • Understanding business processes and designing solutions for identified gaps.
  • Managing assigned incidents by investigating, solving, updating status, and documenting solutions.

Location: Pune, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and configure PC and mobile devices, including hardware and software installation.
  • Deliver timely responses to support requests, ensuring high user satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update the IT systems and records, including asset management.
  • Configure and manage accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Entra.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Assist with IT equipment procurement and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Information Technology, or completed relevant certifications.
  • 5+ years of IT technical support or service desk experience in a multinational setting, with software development site experience being a plus.
  • Knowledge of computer architecture, Windows servers, IP networks, and common business software (Microsoft, Adobe).
  • Strong soft skills to interact with employees globally.
  • Self-management, good organization, customer interaction, and communication skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality customer service.
  • Teamwork and networking skills.
  • Flexibility, openness to change, and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for a global environment where English is the primary language.
