We are now recruiting for a SAP Service Coordinator for a permanent role in our Dublin office.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Internal SAP Service Coordinator to join our SMR IT SAP team. The Internal SAP Service Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating the effective delivery of SAP services internally, ensuring seamless coordination between SAP consultants, business units, and SMR IT. This individual will be responsible for aligning SAP activities with organizational goals and optimizing SAP solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
SAP Service Coordination:
Collaborate with business units to understand their SAP service needs and align them with SMR IT’s strategic objectives.
Coordinate and schedule SAP consultants within the SMR IT & our AMS Parter for internal service requests, considering expertise, availability, and project timelines.
Business Alignment:
Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure SAP services are aligned with organizational goals and requirements.
Participate in strategic discussions to identify opportunities for leveraging SAP capabilities to enhance business processes.
Project Management:
Manage SAP project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful and timely completion.
Collaborate with project managers, SAP consultants, and business analysts to optimize project efficiency.
Issue Resolution:
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding SAP-related issues.
Work closely with SAP consultants and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Document and report on issue resolution processes.
Report on Service SLA’s and provide actionable insights on areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of internal SAP service requests, project details, and communication within SMR IT.
Generate reports on SAP service activities, performance metrics, and key achievements for management and stakeholders.
Your Profile
You have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. A strategic thinker with a focus on optimizing SAP solutions for business success and a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are proficient in using SAP systems and related tools.
Experience:
Proven experience in coordinating SAP services within a SAP COE.
Familiarity with SAP project management, support processes, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
