About the Role

As an AI Program Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions across various business functions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and build scalable AI applications. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing our company’s overall AI capabilities—improving our technology stack, refining processes, and upskilling teams. The role will have no direct reports but will include stakeholders and process management. Location for the role is flexible.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s goals. Oversee the roadmap creation and end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, including ideation, development, deployment, and scaling. You will work closely with Sales, R&D, operations, IT, and other teams to identify opportunities for AI applications and ensure seamless integration into workflows. Communicate AI program progress and outcomes to executives, business leaders, and team members. Evaluate and manage relationships with AI vendors, consultants, and tools to ensure alignment with business needs. Ensure AI initiatives adhere to data security, privacy, and ethical standards. Establish KPIs and track the impact of AI implementations on operational efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

About you

We are looking for someone with proven experience in driving transformation and adoption of AI in an enterprise setting. Experience in program or project management, particularly in AI or digital transformation projects within the manufacturing sector is highly desirable. You are an expert in AI technologies, including machine learning, LLM’s, and robotics applications and how these can be applied to drive business outcomes. Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory frameworks is preferable.

We also believe that you have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills as well as demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deadlines.Strong communication skills and experience of managing cross-functional teams are also required for the role. Certification in Project Management and Agile methodologies, familiarity with Industry 4.0 and IoT are considered a plus.Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in both verbal and written English. You likely have a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business).
