Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The Role
As a Sr. QA Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing test plans (functional, performance, regression), supporting the development teams, customers, and other activities in the company's product portfolio.

Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (SigmaNEST)

Based at: Pune - Maharashtra – India

Work from office.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Prepare Test plans – Manual/Automation testing.

  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.

  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.

  • Research and analyze product features being tested.

  • Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.

  • Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.

  • Provide technical expertise.

  • Execute Automation and work on Automation development as needed.

  • Collaborate with Development Scrum teams through all stages of Agile development.

  • Provide application support to the engineering teams working with customers (Application and Project Engineers)

Main Requirements:

  • First Class or above grade in bachelor’s degree / graduation.

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree OR a CAD/CAM Certification

  • 3 or more years of experience in CAD/CAM software quality assurance, test and integration and a passion for finding bugs.

  • Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

  • Strong time management skills and clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills
