HR Generalist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, organization development, employee relations programs, and payroll.
- Operate in and be responsible for more than one of these areas, performing many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions, while also managing office-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Support EHS initiatives by assisting with compliance training, incident reporting, and safety audits to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Role Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and Payroll Administration
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Workday, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean (strong verbal and written skills)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Team player with a proactive attitude
