HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR professional. This role is focused on managing and executing key HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and workforce optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver results.

Job Description

  • Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives: Support in driving organizational goals through dedicated support for special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage HR analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Power BI) to track project success and inform decision-making.
  • EHS & Risk Management: assist with ongoing EHS initiatives, conduct safety audits, and support compliance reporting to ensure alignment with regional regulations and effectively management of operational risks
  • Compensation & Benefits Coordination: Collaborate with the central team to streamline and optimize C&B processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years, with a focus on project management or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) initiatives
  • Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Power BI)
  • Ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively
