Business Control Analyst

Your Mission
We're seeking a Business Control Analyst who will support the Rotary Drilling Division in the cost and inventory accounting processes and perform key activities to integrate the manufacturing system (Lean) with the financial ERP (Aurora).
Key Responsibilities
Support and advise on the way production accounting is performed
Maintain a strong grip on the financials within the LEAN system – stock, work orders, finished goods and invoicing
Develop transactions needed for a seamless integration of manufacturing ERP (Lean) transactions to the Finance ERP (Aurora) related to both P&L and Balance Sheet
Ensure the integrity and consistency of the Sandvik Group Reports related to Inventory and Cost of Goods Sold accounts.
Perform monthly Inventory accounting reconciliation, especially on Goods receipts and Invoices received (GR/IR balance)
Drive internal controls process around inventory management
Support the consolidation and analysis on key financial information for the division and the local operations
Be part of strategic projects to track order intake and equipment profitability
Your Profile
B.A. or B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in business control, accounting, or finance
Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time indefinite basis without employer sponsorship
IT-savvy including:
Experience utilizing Office 365 applications and Power BI
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
Strong process-orientation including an understanding of LEAN system transactions and Finance ERP environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, pay attention to detail, and stay organized
Ability to interact and communicate effectively in English with people at all levels of the organization
Keen analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach to solving problems and taking initiative to drive them to resolution
Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time and work on a computer.
