Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR)

Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable function. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate collection of outstanding payments from customers or clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accounting for receipt booking from customers in various ERP's
  • RDD working - Domestic & Export send it to BU Analyst/Controller
  • Reporting 12D_ FC currency Exposure Entity wise
  • Reporting R800
  • Overdue Follow-up with customers
  • Follow Up with internal stakeholders on unaccounted receipts
  • PA Segregation working
  • Monthly /Quarterly TDS/TCS working for customers
  • Customer Reconciliation
  • Invoice Booking - DN/CN as & when required i.e. Write-off, TOD etc.
  • Internal Invoicing for Employee Recharge/IT Asset
  • Customer Creation/Updation in ERP
  • AR consolidated report for R322
  • AR related internal Compliances
  • Daily Aging /Collection
  • Updation of reconciliation tools
  • ICM Matching and Group Reporting in One Stream

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, CA/ICWA/CMA (Appearing can also apply)
  • Must have experience of 2-3 years preferably in accounts receivable management or related financial roles in manufacturing industry.
  • Basic understanding of Receipt Accounting Concept
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • MS Excel skills
  • Good Written & Verbal communication skill
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools for data analysis.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security regulations related to financial information
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA, AURORA and M3 is added advantage
  • Awareness of FEMA /TAX & Trade Finance instrument and process is a plus
