RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical and Operational Support
Provide technical support to the Production, Planning, and Maintenance departments.
Analyze and coordinate activities related to machinery maintenance and plant infrastructure.
Supervise modernization projects for technological installations, including boiler rooms, gas systems, and UPS backup power systems.
Infrastructure and Equipment Management
Coordinate inspections and maintenance of forklifts and internal transport equipment.
Organize and optimize warehouse space (racks, storage systems).
Monitor and analyze the market for workwear rental and technical service providers.
Process Optimization and Problem Solving
Identify and analyze root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct tests, inspections, and performance analyses of technical infrastructure.
Prepare technical reports and propose operational improvements.
Documentation and Regulatory Compliance
Maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure and maintenance.
Liaise with institutions and authorities to obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
REQUIREMENTS
Technical degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management (or related fields preferred).
Experience in coordinating maintenance, infrastructure projects, or production support is an advantage.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency at min. B1
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Valid Category B driver’s license.
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic industrial environment.

Work schedule: our production plant operates in a two-shift system, but this position will primarily work on the first shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM).
