What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute the annual internal communication plan to align with business goals and drive employee engagement.
  • Provide training and support to leaders to enhance their communication skills and effectiveness.
  • Craft and deliver high-quality content across internal channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company values.
  • Plan and manage internal events such as quarterly webinars, town hall meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Lead communication efforts during periods of organizational change, keeping employees informed, engaged, and supported.
  • Collaborate with HR and key internal stakeholders to address employee-related communication needs.
  • Manage the division’s presence on the intranet, ensuring it serves as a reliable source of information and engagement.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communication, preferably in a technical B2B environment.
  • Strong skills in crafting clear, engaging, and concise content.
  • Proven experience in change communication and supporting leaders during transitions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
