The role

You'll play a key role within our dynamic marketing team, driving campaigns, crafting engaging content, and supporting impactful events. Areas of responsibility

  • Support managing internal communications by writing and publishing intranet news, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and customer events, including exhibitions.
  • Manage merchandise supply with PEAK Marketing, including reviewing co-branded designs.
  • Monitor the shared marketing inbox and distribute emails to relevant team members.
  • Provide administrative support, including account management, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.
  • Update and produce internal communications content, maintaining consistency in presentation and messaging.
  • Update and create content for internal communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and presentation.
  • Coordinate monthly webinars, including managing invites, developing PowerPoint presentations, facilitating senior management reviews, and updating intranet content post-webinar.
  • Maintain and update company information screens with internal messaging and webinar content.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and customer-facing events, including large-scale exhibitions.
  • Oversee merchandise supply, including reviewing co-branded designs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Perform minor design tasks for marketing materials (e.g., invitations, banners, and advertisements).
  • Occasionally travel to remote locations as needed.

Your profile

You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and have a strong passion for the marketing field, always staying updated with the latest industry trends. You excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. With a team-oriented mindset, you are also highly capable of working independently and taking initiative when needed. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively across departments, and your excellent communication and writing abilities allow you to tailor messages for different audiences.

You possess basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media management platforms, and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additionally, experience with marketing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, is desirable.
