Living by our Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets the principles for our actions and business decisions. It empowers each individual at Sandvik and third parties such as suppliers, customers and distributors to express concerns and raise questions regarding any behavior that contradicts our corporate values. We encourage everyone to use our confidential reporting tool, Speak Up, to report possible breaches of our Code of Conduct and our policies or the law violations and behavior contradictory to our Code of Conduct. The Speak Up policy ensures confidentiality and protection for those who report violations, and you can file a report anonymously.
