We have an exciting opening for a Service Technician Trades Assistant at our Mackay facility. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our clients' Sandvik Mining equipment, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
What will you be doing?
- Engage in diverse mechanical tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Manage the logistics of picking up and delivering store components.
- Support our skilled technicians with equipment repairs, cleaning, and servicing.
- Maintain meticulous records of parts usage, equipment status, and time logs.
- Commit to safety and excellence by adhering to all company policies, especially our EHS standards.

What you’ll bring.
You hold a current forklift high-risk work license and a valid driver’s license, with hands-on experience in a workshop or engineering facility. Your strong commitment to EHS ensures safety is always your top priority.
