Senior Business Controller

What we do?

Within our Sales Area, we’re responsible for sales and service activities in multiple countries in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. Our sales are well balanced between the mining and construction industries, and our customer base ranges from large multinational companies to small and medium sized enterprises – consisting of both end-customers and dealerships. It’s with passion, expertise and an innovative mindset that we provide our customers with the best overall experience.

Your mission

In this role, you’re responsible for three territories across several countries, driving financial performance management within the sales area. You proactively take ownership of operational and profitability improvements. With a large network of stakeholders, you support strategic and tactical financial decisions to enable successful, fact-based decision-making.

By advising and challenging us when necessary, you help find improvements, drive business development, and implement our business strategy effectively. You take charge of validating and sharing financial data, monitoring and analyzing business activities and results from a financial, operational, and governance perspective. Additionally, you ensure governance and compliance processes are followed and improved.

You’re a member of the Sales Area Management team and report to the CFO for the Crushing Solutions Division. The position is based in Svedala and offers a hybrid work solution, allowing you to work both at the office and from home.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree, as well as a solid background in finance and strong business acumen. You have several years’ experience of working in a progressive business or finance management setting and are skilled in leading the way and managing stakeholders in large, international organizations. As a master in your field, you have both the confidence and the ability to challenge, influence and guide decision making. We act locally on the global scene, and your skills in English and Swedish must be excellent.

To succeed in this role, you also need:

  • Experience of providing operational and financial advice to different organizational levels.
  • Knowledge and experience from financial systems.
  • Solid skills in Office 365, data warehouse solutions and understanding of ERP solutions.
  • Understanding of governance and compliance processes.
  • The ability to navigate in a matrix and cross-cultural environment.
