About your job
In this role, your mission is to identify, develop, and evaluate new product ideas, enhancements to existing service offerings, and strategic product extensions within our service offering. You lead, sponsor, set priorities, plan, and track all phases of the product life cycle, from idea through introduction into the marketplace. Developing processes and procedures to support the product line process are part of your mission, as well as initiating, defining requirements, and sponsoring new service development. Defining and sizing market segments, including GAP analysis for the products, is also included in your responsibility.

You create, develop, and maintain the Services product portfolio, including pricing and the lifecycle perspective. This also involves:

Communicating the customer value proposition.
Analyzing and setting profitability targets and correcting deviations when necessary.
Ensuring that service offering, options, and delivery are standardized across the globe.
Monitoring and analyzing our service contracts and support new and ongoing contracts.

The location for this position is Sandviken, Sweden. Occasional travel is expected to meet with stakeholders, customers and support team efforts across different locations.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in product management or other relevant background, preferably within the mining and construction sector. You have a proven track record of managing projects, from inception to completion. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in engineering, business or another related field. Acting in a global environment calls for good skills in English, verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish or Spanish is advantageous.

Your personality is important to us – characterized by being proactive, independent and resourceful, and you’re able to work in a structured manner and establish efficient processes. Leadership skills are crucial, with the ability to lead and motivate teams without direct authority. Having attention to detail and a meticulous approach are important, which you balance with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
