Warehouse Coordinator
Sandvik Mining and Rock Solution are looking for an experienced Warehouse coordinator who will be responsible for the continuous improvement of warehouse, logistics and service planning efficiency and standards.
Your responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Familiarizing and complying with proper health and safety practices and visibly and personally participating in safety activities to show safety's importance.
Following and developing established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective support to the entity.
Planning and sheduing – Regular and preventive maintenance, major repairs and rebuilds, condition-based maintenance, parts planning and forecasting, equipment health checs, facilitating technical training for service personnel.
Provide general administrative support to the servide department
Manage WIP processes for the workshops, field service and service contract departments.
Regular involvement in the insprvtions of workshop/service areas ad tooling and provide any improvement recommendations to the service department.
Manage local warehousing and warehouse processes including good receipt, regular stock replenishment acciording to maintenance planning requirements and stock returns.
Monitor parts usage patterns and liaise with logistics services to ensure appropriatestock levels throughout network.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishingand monitoring security procedures and protocols, maintain layout and conditions.
Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries-
Organize storage locations according to requirements.
Update and maintain storage database.
Provide regular inventory reports to management
Process and provide necessary paperwork for shipments.
Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork andinventory received.
Inspect and ensure quality of incoming inventory.
Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents.
Enter all information onto the system for deliveries and shipments.
Maintain all records/logs relative to shipping and receiving
Ensure strivt adherence to all housekeeping and wareouse standards
Your profile
The role is based in Bor.
To be successful in this role, you will be service minded, have good problem solving skills and you can work independently as well as in a team.
English will be a natural working language and other local languages would be an asset.
Driving license is required.
