JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Engineer at Dormer Pramet, your role will revolve around promoting and selling our innovative range of cuttingSilesia and Lesser Poland tools. You will be responsible for aligning the development strategy with the local business plan to bolster our market presence. Your duties will include growing business with existing end-users and distribution customers, providing technical advice, and ensuring timely issue resolution. You'll collaborate with existing distribution networks, identify potential new business opportunities, and engage new customers in your territory. Managing existing accounts and supporting Sales Management with accurate forecasts, budgets, and targets are also part of your responsibilities.

PROFILE
- Knowledge and experience in metal cutting tools or machine tools.
- Ability to read technical and technological documentation
- Sales experience would be an advantage. Strong customer relationship-building skills, experience on acquiring new customers, developing, and retaining them.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers
- Results-driven and resilient.
- Organized and outstanding negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 digital tools.
- Strong communication skills in Polish. English would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel (estimated 80%) based on business needs.
- Clean driver's license.
