We are now looking for Accounts Receivable Executive
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares, records, verifies, analyse and reports accounts receivable transactions in internal reporting tools.
- Support in Treasury and AR related monthly group reporting in internal accounting and reporting tool.
- Daily receipt accounting in ERP (M3, SAP Hana and AURORA) , Customer Credit Limit modification, Ledger Reconciliation, Overdue Follow-up with External /Internal customers, Daily Follow Up with internal stakeholders on unaccounted receipts, Customer Creation/Updation in ERP.
- Monthly Closing accounting support to Business Analytic Team, TDS/TCS working for customers, Internal Invoicing for Employee Recharge/IT Asset and scrap vendors for Production and Sales Areas.
- Accounting, Adjustment, Creation of DN/CN.
- MIS /Data report to the management team.
- Support cross functional activities within finance function.
- Maintain record, Support in statutory audit.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency with accounting software applications knowledge of SAP HANA, AURORA and M3 is added advantage.
- Awareness of FEMA /TAX & Trade Finance instrument and process would add advantage
- Expertise in Microsoft Office primarily Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to pivot and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with data visualization software such as Microsoft Power BI
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving
- Good Written /Verbal communication skill
EDUCATION
- 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- CA/CS/CMA (Inter or Final) will be preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Banking, Trade Finance is desirable.
